Aljude is a Jordanian non-profit organization dedicated to developing youth and building their leadership and creative capacities, because we believe every young person carries a giant within them waiting for the opportunity.
24 years of continuous work — these results reflect the trust of youth in Aljude
These values are not slogans on walls — they show in every decision we make and every program we design
We believe in the power of collective action and that real change is collective
We encourage thinking outside the box and challenging prevailing patterns
We celebrate the Arab identity and build upon it rather than transcending it
We do not settle for ordinary — every program must make a difference
We learn from the world and contribute to it with our Arab identity
Everything we do is measured by the real impact on the lives of youth
From a small initiative in Amman to an organization inspiring thousands across Jordan
Aljude began as a small youth initiative in Amman with a dream of changing the lives of Jordanian youth.
Launch of "Tomorrow's Leaders" — the first comprehensive leadership program serving hundreds of youth annually.
The philosophy that defines Aljude's identity was born — every young person is like falafel, simple ingredients becoming something extraordinary.
We reached more than 12 governorates and launched partnerships with international organizations to develop our programs.
We transitioned to digital education during the COVID-19 pandemic and launched our e-learning platform for the first time.
Launch of the new enhanced version of the Aljude platform with 6 accredited programs and official certificates.
